Why are VOIBON products different from other hemp-infused skincare on the market?

VOIBON products contains high-quality CBD and CBG (USDA Organic certified) at an ideal concentration alongside Bakuchiol to amplify efficiency. All ingredients are carefully selected and properly proportioned to provide the best formula.

Is it safe to use VOIBON products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please be aware that we have not tested products on this specific population. Therefore, we advise you to consult your doctor before using VOIBON products.

Is it safe to use VOIBON products on sensitive skin?

  *Our products are safe for use and are tested, but certain ingredients might not be suitable for all skin types. Performing a patch test before using on your full face is suggested.

What should I expect when I complete my order?

Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.

Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

How do I review my order?

Go to “My Account” and you can view the list of all purchases. Click on the order number you are looking for to get more detailed information.

What if my shipping information was entered incorrectly?

Please contact us before shipping.

If you discover incorrect shipping information after shipping, we recommend contacting your carrier directly.

How do I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link which you can click on for more detailed shipping information.

How do I cancel my order?

Contact us and request cancellation immediately. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is cancelled.

Please be aware that once your order is shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

ORDER STADUS

How can I track my order ?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. It will take 2 business days for order processing, , Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends.  and 1-5 business days for shipping, depending on the selected delievery options.

What are my shipping options in the USA?

Standard Ground Shipping

Standard Shipping orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from shipping date.

Second Day Shipping

Second Day Shipping orders are delivered within 2-3 business days from shipping date.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

  Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 20 business days.

How much is the delivery in the USA?

Standard Ground Shipping is charged $3.96.

Second Day Shipping is a flat-rate fee of $19.68.

Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii: $19.68.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, our international shipping only supports delivery to Canada.

All orders in Canada charge $21.59. The delivery takes 3-5 business days via DHL Express.

Why did some of my items ship separately?

If your order contains multiple items, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times (rest assured, you are only charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order). When we ship your order in multiple packages, these packages may arrive separately.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return and/or exchange items from my order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Voibon. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.

How do I make a return/exchange?

For a return/change request, please email support@voibon.com or contact us by clicking here.

How are refunds processed ?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.

The original shipping, handling charges and gift wrapping, if any, are not eligible for refunds.

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@voibon.com.

TAX

Do you charge sales tax?

All orders shipped from Voibon.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.
