Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Voibon. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.

EXCHANGE

For an exchange request, please email support@voibon.com.Items of the same price, excluding any discount, are eligible for an exchange. Items purchased with a discount or as part of a value set are not eligible for an exchange. Please be aware that the postage for the replacement will be borne by you.

Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened, and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not be refunded.

RETURN

Only items purchased on voibon.com can be returned to voibon.com. For items purchased from other sources, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund. Please first contact your purchase sources directly to inquire about their return policy.

Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened, and with all security seals still attached. Partial sets or bundles are not eligible for a return — only complete sets.

HOW TO RETURN

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please feel free to contact us directly by emailing support@voibon.com

Our online experts will be happy to help you find a product that better suits your needs, provide you with the mailing address of the return, or refund your purchased price.

We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. Please be aware that Voibon is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.

The original shipping, handling charges and gift wrapping, if any, are not eligible for refunds.

If you haven’t received your refund after 5-10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@voibon.com.
